If you take hydralazine and isosorbide dinitrate, do NOT use erection-enhancing medicines. They
include sildenafil (Viagra), tadalafil (Cialis), and vardenafil (Levitra). If taken together, they can cause
very low blood pressure. This can cause serious problems, and even death.

Take your medicines exactly as prescribed. Call your doctor if you think you are having a problem with
your medicine.

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to get pregnant. Let your doctor know if you breastfeed.

Check with your doctor or pharmacist before you use any other medicines. This includes ones you buy over

vitamins, herbal products, and supplements you take. Taking some medicines together can cause problems.
